Hi, we’re Stephanee and Daphanee! We started our journey in the residential care industry in 2018, opening our very first ARF facility in California. At the time, we were both working in mortgage, and the idea of moving into residential care seemed like a big leap.
Through dedication, a lot of legwork, focus, resilience, and with the right coach and persistence, we built thriving ARF facilities in California — and have since expanded into HCS group homes in Texas.
